Anh Nguyen serves as the director of Regional Sales Performance Manager Retail, Preferred & Small Business. Before this role, Anh was the Sales Performance Manager for the Orange County Central Region. As an SPM Anh was responsible for creating highly competitive sales routines to exceed all sales objectives. He also coaches market leaders and sales forces to continuously improve and sustain sales performance. Anh supports a team consisting of 7 Market Sales Managers, 57 Financial Centers and 300 associates.
Anh began his career in the Financial Center as a teller in 1990. Over the past 27 years Anh has spent the early part of his career in Consumer. He was recruited to join Premier Banking and Investments in 2003. Anh served as the Divisional Executive for Wealth Management Banking and managed Executive and Associate Bankers covering the entire nation. Most recently Anh was with Merrill Lynch Banking as a Regional Manager in the Los Angeles and Newport Beach area.
Anh serves as an Executive sponsor for the Asian Leadership network (previously served as ALN co-chair in 2008-2010), Co-Chair for the Central Los Angeles Regional Council (2013 – 2016), Co-Chair for LGBT business Council (2015 – Present) and a board member for Unite Los Angeles. Anh earned his Bachelor’s Degree from University of Los Angeles, CA majoring in Business and Biology. He also has his Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master in Public Health Administration (MPH). Anh is fluent in Vietnamese and resides in Culver City with his partner and son.
