Porsha Caddell is the senior manager of Customer Programs & Services Division Management at Southern California Edison (SCE) and has over 20 years of experience in the utility industry in areas of risk management, strategy, regulatory, business planning and customer service. Porsha has extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives across the enterprise. In addition to her professional work, Porsha has a true passion for equity and inclusion and has contributed to company diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives with a focus on underrepresented communities. Porsha has completed the African American Board Leadership Institute (AABLI) program and has served on the LA County Library Foundation board.
Porsha received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona with a focus in Accounting and her master’s degree from Grand Canyon University with a focus in Finance. Porsha lives in the Los Angeles Area with her partner/husband, their six year-old and three year-old sons. She loves spending time with her family volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, cleaning beaches and parks, exploring the outdoors and relaxing at the beach.
