Iskowitz previously managed the research and evaluation work of the Northridge Consulting Group, a university-based research center headquartered at California State University, Northridge, where he also obtained a master's in Business Administration and bachelor’s degree in Finance. Iskowitz has overseen a wide variety of projects in the realm of workforce innovation and systems change, ranging from small-scale local evaluations to large-scale federally funded projects and has coauthored numerous publications based on his findings.
Outside of work, Iskowitz is an avid musician and enjoys spending time outdoors.
