Talia Klutch is a dynamic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in workforce development, community engagement and reentry program coordination. Klutch has a proven ability to build strategic public-private partnerships and design impactful training programs. She has expertise in managing technical education initiatives for underserved populations (particularly folks impacted by the justice system), expanding diverse applicant pipelines and fostering corporate relationships to advance fair chance employment. Above all else, Klutch is passionate about leveraging education and employment to reduce recidivism and create pathways for economic mobility.

Klutch earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a paralegal certificate from Marist College, and graduated summa cum laude. She continues to mentor students at Marist College and currently serves on a number of boards, including the Criminal Justice Advisory Committee at Marist College, Finish Strong Wellness Center, Firme Coding and the National Institute to Unlock Potential. She is passionate about creating opportunities for all and views community engagement as a vital part of her personal and professional mission.
