Vice President, Business Development, Global Supplier Diversity, JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Tracy Dennis has spent years building career expertise as a social impact strategist and philanthropy professional working at the intersection of business and social innovation. Currently Tracy holds the role of Vice President, Business Development for the Global Supplier Diversity team for JPMorgan Chase & Co. Prior to this position, Tracy served for four years as a Program Officer for the LA Metro region on JPMorgan Chase’s Global Philanthropy team, leading the strategy and grant portfolios with nonprofit partners focused in Community Development, Financial Health and Workforce Development in Los Angeles County. Tracy’s core background is in program management, nonprofit fundraising and strategic partnership development with various purpose driven organizations. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase & Co., Tracy was the National Director of Corporate Development at City Year, directing business development and partner management for corporate sponsors supporting City Year, Inc. Tracy has additional experience working as a Strategist leading social impact campaigns and corporate philanthropy programs with clients including AT&T, Ebay, Girls Scouts of America, Levis Strauss & Co., PayPal, and The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. She also served as a CGI America Working Group manager with a focus in Financial Inclusion with the Clinton Global Initiative, and has held fundraising manager positions with both the Sundance Institute and Los Angeles Philharmonic Association. Originally from Los Angeles, Tracy received her BA from Yale University, her MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business, and is a passionate advocate and volunteer for organizations that focus on education reform, racial and social justice, and economic empowerment.
