Members of UNITE-LA traveled to San Diego last month to support Talent Rewire's SoCal Action Lab cohort.
This two-day session marked the culmination of six months of dedicated work with cross-industry employers focused on intentionally disrupting their current talent systems to address their medium- to long-term business and workforce needs. As Technical Assistance Providers, UNITE-LA has been instrumental in guiding the development of equitable, frontline worker supports for several California companies, including Rancho Bernardo Inn, San Diego Humane Society and Park Lane Jewelry. The work continues over the next few months as companies finalize the launch of their pilot programs.
