A big congratulations to Ilia Lopez, UNITE-LA’s Associate Director, Inclusion and Community Partnerships, for being awarded the 2023 Above and Beyond Award from the Cisco Networking Academy.

This award is given to individuals because of their accomplishments and contributions to Cisco and nominations were based on the positive impact instructors have within the Networking Academy community in the areas of innovation and leadership. Lopez was nominated by Sara Shreve, Cisco’s Business Development Manager, for her work with Step into Tech and its participants.
