Kyle Brown is a dedicated professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, workforce development and public-private partnerships. He is passionate about community and socioeconomic empowerment and is a facilitator of high-impact career development sessions for college students and young professionals.
Currently working within the Government Relations function at Cisco, Brown supports the State & Local division of Cisco's core markets by addressing policy impacts across various business units. As a participant in Cisco’s three-year FLEX MBA rotational program, Brown is expanding his expertise across the People, Policy and Purpose divisions, deepening his strategic insight into Cisco's business operations.
Brown serves as president of the Urban League of Central Carolina’s Young Professionals, leading initiatives that promotes civic engagement, professional development and community in the region.
He holds an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler School of Business and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Winston-Salem State University.
