My Pathway to Health is a paid, work-based learning opportunity for opportunity young adults, ages 18-24, connecting them to career pathways in allied health.
Launching each summer, this three-part program includes:
- Career and Educational Exploration: Gain insights into allied health career pathways and educational opportunities.
- Certification Training: Receive training and earn certifications in careers such as Phlebotomist, EKG Technician, Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Community Health Worker and EMT, as well as Basic Life Support certification.
- Industry Networking: Connect with health sector professionals.
- Professional and Personal Development: Develop essential skills for career growth and personal success.
- Financial Empowerment: Get guidance on financial management and empowerment.
- 1:1 Mentoring Support: Benefit from personalized mentoring.
- Comprehensive Wraparound Support: Access additional support services to ensure success throughout the program.
