The Southern California Apprenticeship Network (SCAN) is a network of businesses and employers, educators, workforce agencies, community-based organizations, labor and other interested organizations growing apprenticeship programs throughout Southern California. SCAN is sharing information, increasing access resources, and providing a collaborative space to grow apprenticeship programs across Southern California and the State to achieve the statewide apprenticeship enrollment and placement goal of 500,000 apprentices by 2029. This work reflects our commitment to expanding high-quality apprenticeship and work-based learning opportunities across the region in partnership with workforce and employer partners.
