Step into Tech is a paid, work-based learning opportunity designed to connect justice-involved and justice-impacted individuals, ages 18-35, to career pathways in technology.
Offered in spring, summer and fall, this two-part program includes:

- Hands-On Training: Participate in hands-on training and earn certifications through the Cisco Networking Academy.
- Industry Networking: Connect with professionals in the technology sector.
- Professional and Personal Development: Develop skills essential for career growth and personal success.

- Fair Chance Hiring and Record Clearing: Access support for fair chance hiring practices and record clearing.
