Vice President, Human Resource Services, Hospital Association of Southern California
ÂTeri Hollingsworth is vice president of human resources and education services at the Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC), a regional hospital trade association representing more than 170 hospitals and health systems across six counties. Hollingsworth provides the association’s human resources services to members. Each year, Hollingsworth engages hospitals to collect key information used to produce human resources benchmark reports on compensation, benefits, workforce and HR metrics. These reports are widely used by hospitals and are primary resources for information. Hollingsworth also develops education and training programs to provide continuous learning and development opportunities for the hospital workforce. As an industry representative, Hollingsworth focuses on the needs of member hospitals and seeks solutions to their challenges. In her role, Hollingsworth serves as a workforce intermediary and convener working to strengthen partnerships and alignment among industry, local training providers, academic institutions, workforce development boards and other community stakeholders.
Hollingsworth holds a Bachelor of Arts in organizational management from Vanguard University and a Master of Arts in management from the University of Redlands.
