UNITE-LA delivers the WorkforceReady online learning program. Through the three-week, self-paced curriculum (six hours total), WorkforceReady offers short courses to develop essential skill sets to help you be successful in securing an entry-level job/internship while providing career planning to guide your professional growth.

Participants who successfully complete the program will earn a UNITE-LA/AdvanceNet Labs WorkforceReady Certificate of Completion to build up their resume and LinkedIn profile!

Youth requirements:

• A resident of Los Angeles County
• Individuals who are 14-26 years old
• Have access to a phone, laptop or digital device to complete virtual programming
