The 2023 Fellowship for Economic Mobility accepted 18 fellows to participate in its six-month program.

This will be the first of two cohorts in which staff will help chamber professionals determine how they can best advance economic mobility in their regions. As we complete this 2023 Impact Report, UNITE-LA is expected to receive 17 Regional Action Plans (RAP) projects from 17 of the 18 fellows who will have completed the program in November of 2023. Alumni are expected to provide updates on their work six months and one year after graduation.

Overall, survey results from the in-person convening in July were positive. One response read, "I thought there was a nice balance of presentation and small group. The communications beforehand was great."

Additionally, 20 chamber professionals were selected to participate in the 2024 cohort which will be launching in January 2024.
