213.866.0683 | [email protected]Aaliyah Hernandez is a first-generation college graduate from Stockton, CA. After building a youth program for out-of-school youth at 18 years old with the Employment Development Department, she moved to Southern California to attend CSU Fullerton to pursue a bachelor's degree in communication studies. Over the next five years, she continued to support in and out-of-school youth obtaining their high school diplomas, jobs and matriculating into college.
Hernandez aspired to expand her knowledge and skills. As a result, she transitioned into a workforce development program management role to support adult learners in gaining employment into behavioral health careers. Her most recent success was developing and implementing the first Harm Reduction Workforce Development Program in California.
On her down time, Hernandez enjoys traveling with her dog, Coco, and her husband.
