Last month, UNITE-LA hosted the Data to Action: What's Needed for L.A.'s Cradle-to-Career Pandemic Recovery event and officially launched the Charting Progress Toward L.A. Compact Goals data dashboard. The event featured a star-studded panel with the region's key cradle-to-career systems leaders, including UNITE-LA board members Chancellor Francisco Rodriguez (LACCD), Dr. Manuel Pastor, and Bill Allen (LAEDC), as well as LAUSD Board President Kelly Gonez and First 5 LA's Dr. Kimberly Hall. As UNITE-LA's President & CEO, David Rattray pointed out, "Data that is two years old does not reflect the challenges our children are facing today. That's why this Data Dashboard is so important."
