Jose Pecho is a U.S. Army veteran, commercial real estate professional, and longtime advocate for underserved small businesses. As Chair of SFFACC, he supports more than 150 Filipino-owned businesses through policy advocacy, access to capital, and coalition-building. Through FCDC, he leads community-centered development initiatives rooted in Kapwa, advancing affordable housing, retail incubation and wraparound services in San Francisco.
