661.373.8349 | [email protected]Kelly Reynolds serves as UNITE-LA's Director of Education and Workforce Strategy & Policy where she integrates the organization's cradle-through-career programmatic and systems-change work into policy development and advocacy efforts. Reynolds has more than a decade of experience in education policy and is passionate about building systems that prioritize equity to work best for children and families. Previously, Reynolds was a Senior Policy Analyst for Early Edge California, where she worked to advance policies that support equitable access to high-quality early care and education. She also has experience working in the State Legislature, where she worked for the former Chair of the Assembly Higher Education Committee and staffed legislation that strengthened workforce pathways and increased access to financial aid to make college more affordable.
Reynolds holds a Master of Public Affairs from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of California, San Diego. In her free time, she enjoys attending Dodger games and spending time with her family. She also currently sits on the board of trustees for her son’s child care center.
