UNITE-LA is proud to spotlight College Futures Foundation for their visionary leadership in advancing economic mobility through postsecondary education.

Through its strategic grantmaking, College Futures has made possible UNITE-LA’s forthcoming report, Student-Centered Transfer Redesign: Lessons Learned from Process Development, Implementation and Refining in the Los Angeles Region, which offers an analysis of the Student-Centered Transfer Redesign process developed over the last seven years, with the support of College Futures Foundation. The report will offer insights on our method that drives systemic change in institutional culture, structure and student supports to improve transfer student success while addressing persistent equity gaps.

College Futures is leading the charge in reimagining the broader postsecondary landscape. Last month, UNITE-LA President Alysia Bell was honored to attend the Foundation’s inaugural Golden Opportunities Summit - a dynamic gathering of partners and leaders exploring how to improve postsecondary value to drive greater economic mobility for Californians. We left inspired by the possibilities of collective action and a renewed sense of how we can work together to ensure postsecondary education creates meaningful opportunity for the next generation. We are grateful to leaders like College Futures Foundation for creating space for this vital collaboration.
