UNITE-LA is deeply grateful for the unwavering support of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, which has played a pivotal role in our mission to create equitable educational and economic opportunities for opportunity youth in Los Angeles.
This month, the Hilton Foundation awarded UNITE-LA with a generous grant of $1,300,000 over three years to advance career pathways, enhance workforce development systems and support the implementation of the Horizons 32k initiative, a regional plan to reduce youth disconnection by 32,000 by 2028. This generous contribution will enable us to expand our programs, enhance workforce development initiatives and foster critical partnerships within the community. Thanks to the Foundation, we can reengage more opportunity youth, ensuring they have access to the resources and support they need to succeed. Together, we are building a brighter future, and we are honored to have the support of organization that shares our commitment to transformative change.
