This month’s partner spotlight belongs to the Port of Long Beach, a key sponsor of the LA Regional Cleantech Career Academy (Academy).

Their generous funding supports the fall 2024 cohort, which kicks off this month and will provide 50 young individuals with essential career awareness, exposure and preparation in the cleantech industry. Beyond financial support, the Port of Long Beach actively engages with the Academy by offering hands-on curriculum engagement and partnership opportunities. Last year, they went the extra mile by hosting a “virtual site visit” for our students, where they showcased their commitment to zero emissions initiatives and Port of Long Beach professionals shared valuable career pathway insights and guidance with the Academy students.
