UNITE-LA hosted its final Health Sector Collaborative of 2025, convening 20 health care employers, educators and workforce leaders to explore promising practices in health care career pathways.

Propel America shared insights from its Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program, and LAUNCH, in partnership with the Los Angeles Regional Consortium (LARC), highlighted their Apprenticeship Hub connecting 19 community colleges. The session fostered collaboration and innovation toward building a more connected and youth-centered health care workforce in Los Angeles.
