Last month, UNITE-LA and partners from RALLY had the opportunity to spotlight the significant economic impact of child care in our region and to elevate the Golden State for Kids Campaign at the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce’s Education and Workforce Committee meeting.
The Golden State for Kids Campaign is a statewide effort to ensure child care is recognized as a cornerstone of California’s economic competitiveness and family wellbeing. UNITE-LA's Kelly Reynolds, director, Education and Workforce Strategy & Policy, shared insights on the need for child care investments with Chamber members and partners following a similar presentation to the Valley Industry & Commerce Association Education Committee.
