UNITE-LA’s Programs Team hosted its Spring Partner Open House in early February with 72 community-based organizations (CBOs), educators, training partners and others.

The event included an overview of our upcoming spring and summer programs and events. Kaiser Permanente also joined to discuss their internship program that partners with UNITE-LA to recruit L.A.’s youth who are interested in health care. As well, our partners, Elisa R. Nieblas, Senior Outreach Associate at LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network, and Helene Harris, Senior Specialist of Regional Partnerships for the Los Angeles Regional Consortium (LARC), presented our upcoming webinar series, Unlocking Apprenticeship Potential for Nonprofits: Strategies and Best Practices. UNITE-LA is grateful to our new and ongoing collaborations.
