In April, UNITE-LA's Policy team, in partnership with the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, held an exciting, virtual webinar, "Education Means Business: The Role of Child Care and Its Impacts on Our Economy," featuring California Senator Connie M. Leyva (SD 20). UNITE-LA was honored to welcome Sen. Leyva to discuss the importance of ensuring California's working parents and guardians have access to affordable, quality early care.
