UNITE-LA, along with numerous other government, education, business and nonprofit allies, has joined the Governor’s Office in an innovative, public-private partnership called Corps to Career.

This initiative opens additional doors for meaningful careers for California Service Corps alumni. Corps to Career is the latest component in Gov. Newsom’s larger strategy to accelerate economic and workforce projects throughout the state, including the Master Plan for Career Education. Each employer partner has expressed an interest in connecting California Service Corps alumni with high-mobility careers in growing sectors and will have a dedicated staff member to support and streamline the application process for them.
