Recently, UNITE-LA President, Alysia Bell, and the UNITE-LA Cleantech Academy team had the privilege of hosting the executive engineering team from UPS at the UNITE-LA office to explore and formalize an exciting new partnership with the LA Regional Cleantech Career Academy.

This collaboration marks a significant step forward in expanding industry partnerships within the transportation and logistics sectors, further advancing our shared goals under the academy’s U.S. Department of Labor grant. Through this partnership, students will gain invaluable exposure to UPS industry professionals, hands-on learning experiences and direct insights into careers in transportation, logistics and supply chain management. Together, UNITE-LA and UPS are helping to build the next generation of clean transportation leaders—empowering young people to develop the skills and connections needed to drive a more sustainable, innovative future for Los Angeles and beyond.
