For the past four years, UNITE-LA’s partnership with Accenture has created meaningful pathways for students to access high-quality careers in technology and business.

This summer, that partnership delivered a standout outcome: UNITE-LA program participants secured five of just 10 highly competitive apprenticeship placements available across the Los Angeles region through Accenture’s Learning to Earning program. The opportunity is intentionally selective, with candidates sourced through a small group of partner organizations.

Selected students—four from our LA Regional Cleantech Career Academy and one from our Step into Tech program—will spend the summer gaining hands-on experience in business operations and product development while earning $30 per hour.

Opportunities like this are critical to bridging the gap between education and employment, providing students not only with income, but with the skills, confidence and professional exposure needed to succeed in today’s workforce. UNITE-LA’s continued collaboration with Accenture demonstrates the power of partnership in expanding access to high-quality, career-connected learning experiences.
