UNITE-LA was thrilled voters supported Measure A in the recent election.

Measure A will create robust, accountable solutions to address homelessness in Los Angeles communities. Leading up to the elections, UNITE-LA engaged and collaborated with various business organizations to enhance their understanding and awareness of the Measure among their members. This included co-hosting several “Understanding Measure A” sessions in partnership with business organizations like the Greater L.A. African American Chamber and Vermont Slauson Economic Development Corporation. You can watch the respective recordings here and here. The passage of Measure A provides an opportunity for us to further engage and uplift those areas that intersect with our work as implementation strategies are developed.
