In July, 30 participants graduated from Part 1 of My Pathway to Health. The last day included 26 participants earning their Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, which opens many doors for their education and career pathways.

UNITE-LA has now transitioned into Part 2 of the program where participants have been enrolled into an allied health training program of their choice with the assistance of UNITE-LA staff. Eleven participants have chosen Phlebotomy, four have chosen EKG Technician, five have chosen Community Health Worker, six have chosen Medical Assistant and two have chosen EMT.
