The National Strategic Partnerships team is wrapping its "Business Means Smart Justice" work to engage and support member chambers to learn about, adopt and champion justice reform work.

This work is being done as part of our ongoing partnership with ACCE Foundation. Nearly five million – that's the gap between open jobs and workers to fill them in the U.S. To close out April and Second Chance Month, the national team is highlighting four chambers that are tackling workforce challenges in their communities with smart justice initiatives helping to close the worker shortage gap.
