UNITE-LA is pleased to share that Kelly Reynolds, director of Education and Workforce Strategy & Policy at UNITE-LA, has been appointed as vice chair of the Education and Workforce Development Committee for the Valley Industry & Commerce Association (VICA).

In this capacity, Reynolds will help guide the committee’s work on key cradle-through-career legislation, including critical early childhood education and workforce development issues. VICA is one of Southern California’s most influential business advocacy organizations, representing thousands of employers across a broad range of industries and plays a leading role in advancing public policies that support economic vitality, workforce development and regional competitiveness.
