UNITE-LA recently launched its 2026 Health Sector Collaborative, convening 32 partners across education, workforce and industry to strengthen health care career pathways across Los Angeles County.
The session featured insights from Los Angeles Community College District, highlighting innovative, stackable training models, strong employer partnerships and data-driven strategies designed to build a more diverse and skilled health care workforce.
