UNITE-LA recently partnered with Early College Academy at Los Angeles Trade-Technical College and West Los Angeles College to bring 32 high school students to Snap Inc. for an immersive, real-world introduction to careers in technology.

During the visit, students heard directly from industry professionals through a dynamic panel, gaining insight into diverse career pathways and receiving practical advice as they begin to navigate their own futures. The experience also included a behind-the-scenes tour of Snap Inc.’s office, giving students a firsthand look at the collaboration, creativity and innovation that define today’s tech workplaces.

Opportunities like this are critical to expanding access to high-growth industries, helping young people build confidence, broaden their perspectives and see themselves in careers they may not have previously imagined.
