UNITE-LA recently attended the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce's launch of the Women's Policy Council, which is chaired by Celeste Alleyne, Microsoft Corp. The council will elevate critical women's issues, such as Paid Family Leave, increase women's appointments to boards and secure employer accelerator programs' female staff. UNITE-LA looks forward to supporting as an official member of the council.
