UNITE-LA's Workforce Development team partnered with Children's Hospital Los Angeles to bring two recruiters to engage Los Angeles City College's graduating cohort of Nursing students through a professional development series, including, "How to Elevate Resumes for the Health Care Industry" and "How to Prepare for Health Care Interviews." More than 30 students attended the virtual sessions and walked away with a better understanding of best practices they can implement to be successful in their job hunt and professional journey.
