UNITE-LA, in partnership with FSG Talent Rewire and REDF, launched the L.A. Talent Rewire Accelerator in September. The Accelerator is an applied peer-learning program for employers who want to identify human resources and talent development practices to support their frontline employees while advancing their business goals.
