For more than a decade as a trusted partner, Wells Fargo has supported UNITE-LA’s college and career readiness programming through $600,000 in grant funding and volunteer hours, which has impacted over 260,000 young Angelenos in the last 17 years. This past year, Wells Fargo quickly responded to our need by investing $50,000 in order for UNITE-LA to provide virtual college access and workforce development programming for youth as a result of COVID. As a result, thousands of L.A. youth were able to participate in virtual college access workshops, FAFSA completion workshops, and workforce training and career development opportunities through UNITE-LA’s Real World of STEAM initiative, health care and technology pathway programming, WorkforceReady modules, and L.A. Cash for College fall and winter workshop series.
