2020 saw all of us shifting to meet the needs of the individuals we serve. In April, UNITE-LA partnered with Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation (CSOD Foundation) to enhance virtual workforce development and programming to ensure youth develop skills to compete in the workplace through WorkforceReady, a new, innovative online training platform. Our partnership with the CSOD Foundation helps us serve participants through a three-step process that prepares, assesses and validates their work readiness – all virtually. To date, we have served 407 youth in preparation for jobs and internships. Read all about the partnership!
