UNITE-LA is proud to have been selected by Amplifi, formerly Imagine LA, to join the early rollout of Social Benefit Navigator 3.0, a web-based tool that helps case managers and participants easily navigate public benefits and tax credits. Since January 2025, the UNITE-LA Programs team has integrated the Navigator across Step into Tech, My Pathway to Health and Cleantech Academy, strengthening our ability to connect participants with critical resources.

On Oct. 24, Amplifi invited UNITE-LA to participate in the launch of Social Benefit Navigator 3.0 at The Ebell of Los Angeles. Representing UNITE-LA, our Step into Tech Case Manager, Tanaya Clark, served as a panelist sharing her perspective and expertise to inspire a community of leaders, funders and partners dedicated to disrupting the cycle of poverty and homelessness. She was also recognized as a “Benefit Navigator Champion,” having accounted for nearly 45 percent of UNITE-LA’s total usage during the pilot and continuing to champion the tool to better support participants.
