Last month, UNITE-LA had the opportunity to join the National Association of Women Business Owners' (NAWBO-LA’s) 3rd Annual Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI&B) convening.

Here, National DEI&B Committee members reviewed the results of NAWBO’s latest DEI&B survey and assessed what DEI&B looks like in NAWBO communities across the country. UNITE-LA looks forward to continuing its work with the Los Angeles chapter to uplift advocacy work that supports DEI&B efforts for the broader organization.
