The culmination of the second cohort of Step into Tech took place on May 18.

The program provides pathways to careers in tech and entrepreneurship to systems-involved individuals, 18-35 years old. In addition to receiving essential resources and tools to support their pathway forward into tech, they were provided an overview and valuable resources around Fair Chance Hiring laws, record cleaning and background checks. During the five-week program, participants also heard from six training providers, including System Support, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering and Software Engineering.
