UNITE-LA recently proudly partnered with Talent Rewire and the San Diego Workforce Partnership to bring the Employer Action Lab approach to Southern California employers.

The Employer Action Lab is a no-cost, 10-month immersive learning experience that seeks to change the paradigm for both employers and employees by bringing together a cohort of employers who are committed to intentionally disrupting their current talent systems and practices in service of addressing their medium- to long-term talent and business. UNITE-LA will be leading employer recruitment for the Los Angeles region with a goal of 12-15 participating employers and co-hosting in-person gatherings in our respective regions in partnership with Talent Rewire.
