UNITE-LA proudly welcomes its 10th Step into Tech cohort—23 participants and two Emerging Leaders (Step into Tech alumni)—into a transformative journey toward tech careers.

Since 2022, Step into Tech has connected more than 200 justice-involved and justice-impacted individuals to careers in tech. Participants receive hands-on training through the Cisco Networking Academy in networking, cybersecurity and data science. Participants also receive mentorship, professional development and wraparound support to help them thrive. Later this month, participants have an opportunity to advance into part two to earn industry-recognized certifications, including a new track in IT Support.
